OnePieceCollection lists this identity as record 4895 in its Hyper Battle promo archive. Its nominal HD download was inspected and returned a graphic saying “Scan à venir,” meaning a scan is forthcoming. That graphic is not a photograph of C-J2 and is not displayed as one.
The reported title is corroborated in a Japanese collector's description naming both Pandaman promos. The actual item offered in that listing is a Carddass Masters card, so its photograph must not be used as C-J2.
The Grand Line Wiki overview attributes this card to 2000 store workshops. That is collector-level distribution evidence, not an inspected original Bandai announcement. It does not prove a first day, eligibility requirement or print quantity. The card remains outside the verified 1999 release subtotal.
C-J2 is separate from C-J1 and C-J3
C-J1 explicitly names Jump Festa. Its prefix cannot assign every C-J card to that event. C-J3 is another Pandaman design with a different subtitle and a recovered physical specimen. The two Pandaman records must remain separate.
No surviving-count or price estimate is asserted here. A lack of public scans does not establish how many were printed.
