A physical 2000 example
These front and reverse photographs come from the same MKA-Japan listing. Both sides show PSA certification 167728969. The front carries BANDAI 2000 MADE IN JAPAN, the name パンダマン (Pandaman), the subtitle 大胆不敵 (Fearless), and 650 power. The reverse is the sepia map design.
The holder identifies C-J3 and labels it Carddass Seminar Participation. That label is a grading classification. It does not establish the original Bandai award regulations.
Distribution and conflicting claims
A Japanese seller describes distribution at workshops held by card shops nationwide in 2000. Other collector and seller claims describe prize or winner distribution. The exact first handout day, eligibility rules and production quantity remain unverified. The 2000 imprint is direct physical evidence; the event mechanism still needs original documentation.
A recent collector comment claims this card predates Hyper Battle. No dated primary document supporting that claim was supplied in the reviewed discussion. This archive does not adopt it as a 1999 or pre-release card.
